1. Phạm vi và bên vận hành
Chính sách này áp dụng cho ứng dụng Nhịp 1.0 trên iOS và Android. Bên vận hành: TINYBOX Studio.
2. Dữ liệu trong ứng dụng
- Lịch, mốc giờ, checklist, ghi chú, trạng thái hoàn thành/bỏ lỡ và lý do bỏ lỡ được lưu local trên thiết bị.
- Ngôn ngữ, giao diện, định dạng giờ, nhắc nhở và onboarding được lưu local.
- Nhịp 1.0 không tạo tài khoản, không đồng bộ cloud và không gửi lịch tới server hoặc model AI.
- Nhịp không có quảng cáo, analytics SDK hoặc theo dõi chéo ứng dụng.
3. Backup
File .nhipbackup chỉ được tạo khi bạn chủ động export. File có thể chứa toàn bộ lịch; nơi lưu/chia sẻ và vòng đời file do bạn kiểm soát. iOS/Android có thể sao lưu dữ liệu app theo cài đặt backup hệ điều hành.
4. Quyền hệ thống
Nhịp chỉ yêu cầu quyền notification khi bạn chủ động bật nhắc giờ. Android có thể yêu cầu quyền lên lịch chính xác. App vẫn dùng được nếu bạn từ chối. Nhịp không yêu cầu danh bạ, camera, microphone, vị trí hoặc dữ liệu sức khỏe.
5. Lưu giữ và xóa
- Dữ liệu local tồn tại tới khi bạn xóa trong app, xóa dữ liệu app hoặc gỡ app.
- File backup đã export phải được xóa riêng tại nơi bạn đã lưu.
- Backup hệ điều hành được quản lý bằng cài đặt Apple/Google của bạn.
6. Hỗ trợ và liên hệ
Nếu bạn tự gửi email hỗ trợ, chúng tôi dùng thông tin trong email chỉ để trả lời yêu cầu. Không gửi file backup hoặc lịch thật qua email thường. Liên hệ: info@tinyboxstudio.com.

1. Scope and operator
This policy covers the Daythm 1.0 iOS and Android apps. Operator: TINYBOX Studio.
2. App data
- Schedules, time blocks, checklists, notes, outcomes, and miss reasons stay locally on your device.
- Language, appearance, time format, reminder, and onboarding settings stay local.
- Daythm 1.0 creates no account, performs no cloud sync, and sends no schedule to a server or remote AI model.
- Daythm contains no ads, analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking.
3. Backups
A .nhipbackup file is created only when you explicitly export it. It may contain your complete schedule; you control its destination and retention. iOS or Android may back up app data under your operating-system settings.
4. System permissions
Daythm asks for notification permission only after you enable reminders. Android may request exact scheduling access. The app remains usable when you decline. Daythm does not request contacts, camera, microphone, location, or health data.
5. Retention and deletion
- Local data remains until you delete it in the app, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
- Exported backups must be deleted separately from their saved destination.
- Operating-system backups are controlled through your Apple or Google settings.
6. Support and contact
