Rules for using TINYBOX Studio games, apps, websites, and playable experiences. Product-specific terms may add details for individual features.

1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and TINYBOX Studio (“TINYBOX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They apply to our games, apps, websites, WebGL builds, playable experiences, support services, and related content (“Services”), unless a Service presents additional product-specific terms.
By installing, accessing, or using a Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age required in your location. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you. Products are not directed to children under 13 unless a product-specific notice expressly says otherwise.
3. Limited license
Subject to these Terms, TINYBOX grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment or personal use. You do not acquire ownership of the Service, source code, artwork, music, characters, brands, or virtual content.
4. Accounts, saves, and devices
Many Services work without a TINYBOX account. Progress may be stored only on your device, by a platform cloud-save feature, or through another method described in-product. You are responsible for device access, backups, and platform account security.
Unless a Service expressly promises cross-device recovery, local progress, consumable balances, or settings may be lost after clearing data, uninstalling, changing devices, or losing access to a platform account. We may try to help but cannot guarantee recovery.
5. Purchases and virtual items
Purchases are processed by the platform store, such as Google Play. Store pricing, taxes, billing, cancellation, and refund rules apply.
Virtual currency, boosters, lives, subscriptions, and other digital items are licensed, not sold. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside the Service unless required by law.
Consumable items may not be restorable across devices or after app data is removed when no account or server inventory exists.
We may correct errors, duplicate grants, fraudulent transactions, or clearly incorrect balances.
6. Advertising and third-party services
Some Services include advertising, analytics, platform SDKs, links, or optional rewarded ads. Advertising availability and rewards may depend on consent, connection, inventory, region, and platform status. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. TINYBOX is not responsible for third-party content or availability.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
Break laws, infringe rights, harass others, or use a Service for fraud or abuse.
Cheat, automate gameplay, manipulate purchases or rewards, exploit bugs, or interfere with fair play.
Reverse engineer, decompile, bypass security, extract assets, or modify a Service except where applicable law expressly permits.
Distribute malware, overload infrastructure, probe security, or interfere with networks and platform systems.
Resell, sublicense, rent, copy, or commercially exploit a Service or its content without written permission.
8. Intellectual property
The Services and related intellectual property belong to TINYBOX or our licensors. Third-party asset, font, music, SDK, and open-source rights remain with their respective owners. “TINYBOX”, product names, logos, and related branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.
9. Updates, availability, and termination
We may update, balance, repair, suspend, discontinue, or change a Service or feature to improve quality, comply with law or platform rules, manage security, or support operations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every device will remain compatible.
We may restrict or terminate access when you materially violate these Terms, threaten security or users, commit fraud, or where required by law or a platform. Sections that should logically survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms, remain effective.
10. Health, safety, and real-world decisions
Services are for entertainment, productivity, or general information unless explicitly stated otherwise. They are not medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency services. Notifications, timers, reminders, scores, and saved data may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Do not rely on a Service as the only mechanism for medication, emergencies, safety-critical duties, or other high-risk obligations.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that a Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, compatible with every device, or that progress or virtual items will never be lost. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TINYBOX and our suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss caused by third-party platforms. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to TINYBOX for the affected Service during the previous six months or USD 25. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, contact us and allow reasonable time to resolve the issue. Courts with jurisdiction in Vietnam will handle disputes, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when Services, business practices, platform requirements, or laws change. The effective date shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Điều khoản sử dụng này (“Điều khoản”) là thỏa thuận giữa bạn và TINYBOX Studio (“TINYBOX”, “chúng tôi”). Điều khoản áp dụng cho game, ứng dụng, website, bản WebGL, playable, dịch vụ hỗ trợ và nội dung liên quan (“Dịch vụ”), trừ khi một Dịch vụ có điều khoản riêng bổ sung.
Khi cài đặt, truy cập hoặc dùng Dịch vụ, bạn đồng ý với Điều khoản và Chính sách quyền riêng tư. Nếu không đồng ý, không sử dụng Dịch vụ.
2. Điều kiện sử dụng
Bạn phải từ 13 tuổi hoặc đạt độ tuổi đồng ý kỹ thuật số tối thiểu tại nơi cư trú. Nếu chưa đủ năng lực pháp lý để đồng ý, cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ hợp pháp phải đọc và chấp nhận thay bạn. Sản phẩm không hướng tới trẻ dưới 13 tuổi, trừ khi thông báo riêng của sản phẩm nêu rõ khác.
3. Giấy phép giới hạn
Theo Điều khoản này, TINYBOX cấp cho bạn quyền sử dụng cá nhân, giới hạn, có thể thu hồi, không độc quyền và không chuyển nhượng cho mục đích giải trí hoặc cá nhân hợp pháp, phi thương mại. Bạn không sở hữu Dịch vụ, mã nguồn, hình ảnh, âm nhạc, nhân vật, thương hiệu hoặc nội dung ảo.
4. Tài khoản, dữ liệu lưu và thiết bị
Nhiều Dịch vụ hoạt động không cần tài khoản TINYBOX. Tiến trình có thể chỉ lưu trên thiết bị, qua cloud save của nền tảng hoặc phương thức được mô tả trong sản phẩm. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về quyền truy cập thiết bị, backup và bảo mật tài khoản nền tảng.
Trừ khi Dịch vụ cam kết rõ khả năng khôi phục đa thiết bị, tiến trình local, số dư vật phẩm tiêu hao hoặc cài đặt có thể mất khi xóa dữ liệu, gỡ app, đổi thiết bị hoặc mất tài khoản nền tảng. Chúng tôi có thể hỗ trợ nhưng không bảo đảm khôi phục.
5. Giao dịch và vật phẩm ảo
Giao dịch do cửa hàng nền tảng như Google Play xử lý. Giá, thuế, thanh toán, hủy và hoàn tiền tuân theo quy định của cửa hàng.
Tiền ảo, trợ lực, mạng, gói đăng ký và nội dung số được cấp quyền sử dụng, không phải tài sản được bán. Chúng không có giá trị tiền mặt và không được chuyển ra ngoài Dịch vụ trừ khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
Vật phẩm tiêu hao có thể không khôi phục trên thiết bị khác hoặc sau khi xóa dữ liệu nếu không có tài khoản hay kho đồ server.
Chúng tôi có thể sửa lỗi, thu hồi cấp trùng, xử lý giao dịch gian lận hoặc điều chỉnh số dư sai rõ ràng.
6. Quảng cáo và dịch vụ bên thứ ba
Một số Dịch vụ có quảng cáo, phân tích, SDK nền tảng, liên kết hoặc quảng cáo nhận thưởng tùy chọn. Khả năng hiển thị và phần thưởng phụ thuộc đồng ý, kết nối, nguồn quảng cáo, khu vực và trạng thái nền tảng. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba tuân theo điều khoản/chính sách riêng. TINYBOX không chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung hoặc tính sẵn sàng của bên thứ ba.
7. Sử dụng hợp lệ
Bạn không được:
Vi phạm pháp luật, xâm phạm quyền, quấy rối người khác hoặc dùng Dịch vụ để gian lận/lạm dụng.
Gian lận, tự động hóa gameplay, thao túng giao dịch/phần thưởng, khai thác lỗi hoặc phá tính công bằng.
Reverse engineer, decompile, vượt bảo mật, trích xuất tài sản hoặc sửa Dịch vụ, trừ phạm vi pháp luật cho phép rõ ràng.
Phát tán mã độc, làm quá tải hạ tầng, dò bảo mật hoặc can thiệp mạng và hệ thống nền tảng.
Bán lại, cấp phép lại, cho thuê, sao chép hoặc khai thác thương mại Dịch vụ/nội dung khi chưa có phép bằng văn bản.
8. Sở hữu trí tuệ
Dịch vụ và quyền sở hữu trí tuệ liên quan thuộc TINYBOX hoặc bên cấp phép. Quyền đối với asset, font, nhạc, SDK và mã nguồn mở thuộc chủ sở hữu tương ứng. Không được dùng “TINYBOX”, tên sản phẩm, logo hoặc thương hiệu theo cách khiến người khác hiểu nhầm có bảo trợ khi chưa được phép.
9. Cập nhật, tính sẵn sàng và chấm dứt
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật, cân bằng, sửa, tạm ngưng, dừng hoặc thay đổi Dịch vụ/tính năng để cải thiện chất lượng, tuân thủ pháp luật/nền tảng, xử lý bảo mật hoặc vận hành. Chúng tôi không bảo đảm Dịch vụ luôn sẵn sàng hoặc mọi thiết bị luôn tương thích.
Chúng tôi có thể hạn chế hoặc chấm dứt truy cập khi bạn vi phạm nghiêm trọng Điều khoản, đe dọa an toàn/bảo mật, gian lận hoặc khi pháp luật/nền tảng yêu cầu. Các phần về quyền sở hữu, miễn trừ, giới hạn trách nhiệm và tranh chấp tiếp tục có hiệu lực khi phù hợp.
10. Sức khỏe, an toàn và quyết định thực tế
Dịch vụ dùng cho giải trí, năng suất hoặc thông tin chung, trừ khi có nêu khác. Dịch vụ không phải tư vấn y tế, pháp lý, tài chính, an toàn hoặc khẩn cấp. Thông báo, timer, nhắc nhở, điểm số và dữ liệu lưu có thể chậm, không khả dụng hoặc sai. Không dùng Dịch vụ làm cơ chế duy nhất cho thuốc, khẩn cấp, an toàn hoặc nghĩa vụ rủi ro cao.
11. Miễn trừ bảo đảm
Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, Dịch vụ được cung cấp “theo hiện trạng” và “khi sẵn có”. Chúng tôi không bảo đảm Dịch vụ không lỗi, không gián đoạn, tuyệt đối an toàn, tương thích mọi thiết bị hoặc tiến trình/vật phẩm không bao giờ mất. Điều khoản không loại trừ quyền người tiêu dùng hoặc bảo đảm không thể bị loại trừ theo pháp luật.
12. Giới hạn trách nhiệm
Trong phạm vi tối đa pháp luật cho phép, TINYBOX và nhà cung cấp không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên, đặc biệt, hệ quả hoặc mang tính trừng phạt, mất dữ liệu, mất lợi nhuận, gián đoạn kinh doanh hoặc thiệt hại do nền tảng bên thứ ba. Khi không thể loại trừ trách nhiệm, tổng trách nhiệm giới hạn ở mức cao hơn giữa số tiền bạn đã trả cho Dịch vụ bị ảnh hưởng trong sáu tháng trước hoặc 25 USD. Quyền bắt buộc của người tiêu dùng không bị ảnh hưởng.
13. Luật áp dụng và tranh chấp
Điều khoản chịu sự điều chỉnh của pháp luật Việt Nam, không áp dụng nguyên tắc xung đột pháp luật. Trước khi khởi kiện, hãy liên hệ và cho chúng tôi thời gian hợp lý để xử lý. Tòa án có thẩm quyền tại Việt Nam giải quyết tranh chấp, trừ khi luật bảo vệ người tiêu dùng bắt buộc cho phép bạn khởi kiện tại nơi khác.
14. Thay đổi Điều khoản
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Điều khoản khi Dịch vụ, hoạt động kinh doanh, yêu cầu nền tảng hoặc pháp luật thay đổi. Ngày hiệu lực thể hiện bản mới nhất. Việc tiếp tục sử dụng sau cập nhật nghĩa là bạn chấp nhận bản sửa đổi, trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép.
